Look at The Facts
Yellow Pages ads are not cheap. They will not sell a product or service that a consumer did not at present have in mind.
Mass Mailings are just that; mass. We all get post cards in the mail and how often do we go directly from the mailbox to the trash can? That trash can is probably right next to the garage meaning, the ad did not even make it into the home.
Newspaper ads. Call it a sad state of affairs and newspaper readership is down. Moreover, if the ad is in the Sports section, it will be seen by sports fans but not necessarily by other demographics. Of course you could place the ad in the multiple sections bu that costs more money.
Local magazines may not be widely distributed. Furthermore, home owners, many times, treat them just like junk mail.
